Having received the 1st prize in the Crowd Hackathon Competition for Smart Cities with the project Custom Administration Security Defense (CASD) which concerns the creation and development of modern and innovative security plans for smart and secure cities and having been awarded in the innovation competition organized by the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry the company entered the start-up incubator and maintains a profile of innovative services in the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN).

Trained to perform under extreme pressures and challenging conditions, he is proven capable of planning and organizing successful security strategies. A dynamic personality with a strong drive for professional development, he maintains a Security Consulting Company, collaborates as a Risk Analyst with the largest companies and organizations in Greece and the European Community in which he is responsible for:
- assessment, risk prevention, facility security planning through new technologies and development of innovative security models
- the development and implementation of security policies, protocols and procedures as well as the proposals for improvements in the implementation of new technology
- the training of the staff of each facility in the plans and procedures of risk, crisis and emergency management
- the evaluation of the previous handling of risks and comparison with criteria established by the company, such as costs and legal requirements

It is an innovative self-defense and self-protection system officially recognized by the International Self Defense Organization (ISDO) based on the Treaty of Lisbon and the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) of the European Council. Tsatsoulas Georgios was recognized by ISDO as the founder and owner with the highest rank in the CASD hierarchy.
- Wrote and published the first book describing the structure and training methods of Custom Administration Self-Defense (CASD)
- Establishment of two Instructor Schools in Athens from which thirty CASD system instructors graduated. Two of them trained European Parliament staff in Brussels.
