IMAGE CENTER – INCIDENT MANAGEMENT

Along with the main contract with the clients, Security Defense also signs an N.D.A. – Non Disclosure Agreement.

The Security Defense Imaging Center employs specially trained personnel who are responsible for processing with speed, accuracy and responsibility the information they receive, such as process and control signals, signals of good operation and smooth activity as well as notifications of imminent threat, break-in, smoke, fire, power failure, etc.

With a non-stop operation 24 hours a day, a modern software combined with a high-tech equipment form a network with receivers, servers and computers, recording a live image with the possibility of playback at any time.

How we operate:

The Imaging Center receives information to arm/disarm the alarm system and any suspicious movement is monitored and recorded while the operator is alerted with a special signal every time the motion detector is activated.

So we have live monitoring and video recording at the moment of the incident before the offender even activates an alarm when it is a real incident.

The loudspeaker enables us to warn the would-be offender.

Our goal is to identify and record suspicious movement in the guarded facility and immediately implement the incident response plan.

In case an alarm activation signal is received from a specific point of the protected area, it is immediately visually confirmed.

The cause that caused it is established and the seriousness of the threat is assessed immediately. If it is a burglary, the Local Police Department as well as our customer are notified immediately.

Accordingly, the operator will assess whether it is a False Alarm from random or desired movement.

In any case, the risk of a threat to the controlled area is prevented and detected in time.

Security Defense is able to provide a copy of the video to the customer or the police upon request.
